The Clubhouse development at BYS is off and racing. Maben Group have already had surveyors on site. They are setting out grids for the building and marking out the perimeter of the site. Summer Operational Plan 2014/15

Although the Clubhouse will be in construction phase, an array of temporary facilities have been put into place to ensure members can enjoy all aspects of the club (refer diagram below). BYS Opening Day Success

Federal Member for Flinders and Environment Minister Greg Hunt officially opened the 2014/15 BYS season at Blairgowrie Yacht Squadron on Sunday. Greg praised the club for its contribution to the local community through sailing and acknowledged its pending transformation with construction of a new clubhouse and extension to the safe boat harbour about to commence.
