This year’s Sail Peninsula 2020 Regatta, will be held at Safety Beach Sailing Club on the weekend of 21-23 February.

To those BYS members intending to leave their yacht at Martha Cove this week (after racing on 15 February) in preparation for the Sail Peninsula event, the Club courtesy bus can be made available, subject to numbers and availability of a driver. Those wishing to use the service are to give their name and contact information to by Thursday 13 February 5pm.

SBSC will arrange for Finish Times to be recorded for the BYS Race to Martha Cove Race on Saturday 15 February. The finish line at SBSC is between the Green Pile and the SBSC Tower and we ask that all boats round the Yellow Pile (approx. position at S38 18.613’ / E144 59.220’) prior to the finish as this allows a clear view of sail numbers for our tower team. If you need further information or clarification, please don’t hesitate to contact Andrew Clark at or 0418 331 083.

All BYS boats that have entered Sail Peninsula 2020 will be offered berthing at no charge from 15-23 February. Booking forms along with insurance certificates will need to be provided to Marina Martha Cove prior to their arrival. Details will be sent to all owners once their entry is received.
