Southern Waters Room
On the first level, the Southern Waters Room offers the idyllic location to host your function all year round. With stunning views over Port Phillip Bay and the new marina, the Southern Waters room provides abundant natural light with glass doors opening up to the large north-facing deck. This function room can accommodate up to 150 guests for a seated function and 200 for a cocktail style gathering.
We offer a variety of packages that can be tailored to suit your requirements. From a fine dining experience to an elegant high tea to a simple Sunday roast, this space is the idyllic location to host your event all year round.
When a more intimate environment is desired, the Commodore’s Lounge, situated on the upper level with exquisite 180-degree bay views, provides dining for up to 25 people for a sit-down meal or a cocktail party. Overlooking the marina, Cameron’s Bight and Port Phillip Bay, this space is perfect for private dining or small events.
McCarthy Training Centre
Looking for room hire only? Our McCarthy Centre is available as a training centre and can accommodate up to 25 people in a classroom or boardroom setting, and more in a theatre setting. The set-up is your choice and comes with tables, chairs, whiteboard and a TV to connect your own laptop. Hire the room from just an hour to a whole day.
