- Shops – The Blairgowrie shopping strip is located just a short walk from BYS and has an award winning IGA supermarket with a bottle shop that stocks local beers and wines. There is also an array of cafes, takeaway food and local home wares
- Petrol station – the closest petrol station is within 200m of BYS and is located on the Melbourne side of the Club on Point Nepean Road Blairgowrie
- Refuelling is available at the marina in Queenscliff
- Support boats can be launched here and further services are available through our own marina
- Chandlery and repairs – Wooden Boat Shop
- Weather at the South Channel
- Tides – High or Low tide at Williamstown this location corresponds with the turning tide in the waters off Blairgowrie
- Clubhouse access – all crew members of regatta entry boats will be issued with a blue Regatta Pass, which will give access to the toilets and showers for the duration of the Regatta. These cards MUST be returned before departure or a fee will be charged per card.
